  • Community – Community is about how one can find their place in the world. It can be personal, but it depends on the situation.  Do your employees feel fulfilled in their community?

These elements are distinct, but overall, they contribute to an individual’s holistic well-being. If any of these elements are not fulfilled, it can affect an employee’s mental health.
